This lovely south facing villa with 7 bedrooms is currently running as a successful B&B, with a unique location 650m above sea level! With the most breathtaking views overlooking the Algarve with the Atlantic Ocean as the horizon. The unbelievable views can be admired from any location of the plot, for example: at the stunning colorful gardens with several chill out places, yoga, jacuzzi area and sunbathing terraces. The spacious outdoor pool is benefiting from the same natural environment. The main house has 7 bedrooms and a seperate accomodation for the owners. The plot of 12.500m2 is fully accessible and with plenty of parking space. On Tripadvisor the rating is 5 stars! People come back here every year. But it can also be an amazing family villa with unbeatable views and enough space to receive your family/guests. A good asphalted road leads to the parking area, from where you already notice the beautiful views over the roof of the villa. And this is only 10min drive away from the cosy village of Monchique.
At this moment the B&B is operating 8 month's a year, but this can be easily extended to all year around. Because it's equipped with central heating via solar panels which also provide the hot water.
In the middle of the villa is the B&B's spacious communal living/breakfast room with a fireplace (providing a back up for the central solar heating), the fully equipped kitchen, the guest toilet, an office corner and the actual entrance which is now in use as a massage room (where guests can book their favourite massage treatment), a storage and laundry room. From here also is the access to 2 spacious ensuite guest rooms. Also on the ground floor on the other side of the living room and the actual entrance are two very complete apartments each with a bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room with cosy wood stove, a kitchenette and sliding doors to the partly covered terrace. Above these apartments you find the 2 other guest rooms that can be reached via the beautifully shaped outdoor staircase on the front terrace. One guest room has 1 bedroom and the other has 2 bedrooms. They also have a cosy living room, a private bathroom and sliding doors to the terrace with the fabulous views. All rooms have central heating.

The studio apartment
Next to the villa, separated by a walkway, is the original garage that has been converted into a residential studio of approximately 36 m2 with a very effective woodburner, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The current owners and operators of the B&B live here when the B&B is open for guests, which gives them their privacy and comfort.

A constant investment has been made throughout the around 10 years of operation and lately a chalet has been added on one of the terraces, overlooking the beautiful valley. This chalet can be considered as a regular apartment with one double bedroom, one smaller room, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet and a cosy living/dining area with open kitchen. Also from here the views are amazing.

The garden has several special places, in front of the villa is the 5x10 swimming pool and the lawn. At the side of the lawn is a pavilion with a circular bench and in the middle a beautiful plateau with a water feature. This is an outstanding location for profound, pleasant and/or exuberant conversations.
A large shade sail, provides both a place in the sun or in the shade. Next to the tip of the lawn, a stone staircase leads to a large enclosed terrace of approximately 60m2 that is also covered with a shade sail. At some distance and out of sight you find a large jacuzzi. On a slightly lower terrace is a completely private sun bathing area. Also special are the so-called "Petertjes" on the rocky part of the property, built over the years by guests of the B&B.
There is a water source with pure water that is further purified as drinking water.
